Cadillac XBC in Waterloo is ready to get Summer bowling fun started ASAP! I can't wait to get our Summer BowlPass, it is going to be perfect for those not-so-nice weather days AND when the grandparents need something fun to do with the kids (because grandparents can be included FOR FREE!).
The Summer BowlPass has been an awesome addition at Cadillac XBC and we have used it the last few summers. The Summer BowlPass is good from May 1st or June 1st, through August 31st AND you can go DAILY if you want.
Why do we love the Summer BowlPass program?
We prefer the Summer BowlPass program because it encourages family participation, and includes up to 12 people, so it's great for large families too. Bowling is a wonderful activity and it is better enjoyed with family. We all constantly battle with the balance of work, home and kids, so offering a program that makes it super easy and affordably for families to spend recreational time together was a no-brainer.
What is different about the Summer BowlPass?
It comes in three flavors - Gold, Platinum and Titanium, which are all $20 OFF UNTIL APRIL 30TH!
•The Gold pass (Single child) - one hour of bowling per day, starting June 1st and ending August 31st. This pass does not include shoe rental and is for children 14 and under only. It is valid Monday through Friday, from open until 6:00pm.
•The Platinum pass (Family) - this pass removes a lot of restrictions and offers a much better value. The Platinum pass can be used May 1st - August 31st, and offers up to 2 hours of bowling for registered members (families can register up to 12 people on their Platinum pass, including all minor children, parents, grandparents, and even babysitters or a nanny!). Platinum pass holders may use their pass once per day, any time that we are open (depending on lane availability- there may be some times where we reserve the entire bowling center for a private party, for example). There are no restrictions on the number of games, only that it is limited to 2 hours of bowling on a maximum of 2 lanes each day. Shoe rental is also included in the Platinum pass.
•The Titanium pass (Family) - this is the ultimate upgrade! You get all of the perks of the Platinum pass, but then we add an additional item - A half hour FREE PLAY arcade card (per person!) every day you visit us! *Free play is a guaranteed amount of time, and cannot be used for merchandise machines, nor will they accumulate redemption tickets.

We figure the value of the Summer BowlPass by analyzing the individual activities:
The Titanium pass ($189/family) is also good for two hours every day and includes shoe rental, like the Platinum pass, BUT we also add on the ½ hour FREE PLAY arcade card for each person, which adds EVEN MORE value per person per visit. Therefore, with one parent and one child using this package at $50-60 + arcade play you would be AHEAD after just 3 visits! And a family of four would come out ahead by visiting TWICE. If you brought all 10-12 people for 2 hours of bowling, you’d have over a $150 value in bowling (2 lanes, 2 hours each), shoe rental included, PLUS about $120 in arcade play, for a total of $270 - SAVING $80+ with just ONE use!
The Platinum pass ($159/family) is good for 2 hours of bowling each day and includes shoe rental - with just two people bowling two hours, including shoe rental (about $50-60 value per visit in value, depending on day of the week), you’d only have to come 4 times to break even at current prices ($159/family), and a family of FOUR would pay for itself after just 2 visits! Imagine what that value would be for 10-12 people... Just one visit and you would come out ahead!
The Gold pass ($129) is good for one hour of bowling per weekday, a $26.95 value, for youth ages 14 and under. No shoe rental included. You would have to visit 5 times over the Summer to break even, at the current Early Bird price.
